Delivery & Shipping Policy

Nexus Peak Digital sells digital goods and professional services only. Nothing is shipped physically — every deliverable is fulfilled electronically.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Digital-Only Fulfillment

All products and services sold by Nexus Peak Digital are digital. There is no physical shipment, no shipping carrier, and no shipping fee. All digital assets and services are delivered electronically via secure client portals and authenticated download links. Where a client prefers it, we can also deliver into a client-owned cloud workspace (Google Drive, Dropbox, Figma, or a repository) that the client grants us access to.

2. Turnaround Windows

  • Brand Identity & UI/UX Design: 3–5 business days.
  • Custom Web Design & Optimization: 7–10 business days.
  • Performance Marketing & Funnel Optimization: initial setup within 5 business days, then monthly ongoing delivery with weekly reporting.
  • Packages: Starter 3 business days, Growth 5 business days, Enterprise 7–10 business days.

Turnaround windows are measured in US business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) and begin on the first business day after we receive both payment and a complete project brief.

3. Delivery Confirmation

When a milestone is ready, we email the project contact a delivery notice containing an authenticated portal link. Links are tied to the client's email address and expire after 30 days; we re-issue links on request at no charge. Final production files are made available for download for 12 months after project completion, and we recommend clients archive their own copies.

4. File Formats and Access

Typical deliverables include vector source files (AI, SVG, EPS), high-resolution raster exports (PNG, JPG), PDF brand style guides and typography guides, editable design files (Figma), production-ready front-end code, mobile optimization reports, and performance reporting spreadsheets or dashboards. Format requests outside this list can usually be accommodated if raised before final delivery.

5. Delays

The most common cause of delay is pending client input — brand assets, copy, product details, platform access, or milestone feedback. If a required input is outstanding, the delivery clock pauses and resumes when we receive it. If a delay is caused by us, we notify you in writing with a revised date, and your rights under the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.

6. Delivery Support

If a link fails, a file is corrupted, or you cannot access the portal, email contact@nexuspeakdigital.online and we will restore access within one business day. Support requests are monitored 24/7 and urgent delivery issues are escalated immediately.
